When my son was having all his tummy issues, he had some paper where he had to write/draw his biggest wish. All the other kids had things like meeting someone famous, going to disney world, etc. His was that his tummy would feel good. It broke my heart. I can only imagine how this must feel. I'm sorry for all of you!
As OHN suggests, kids are not constrained by what is 'possible' or what is 'proper' to think and wish...
Wishes held in the heart can be oh so much more rewarding than what we know in our mind. We all value and appreciate those wishes and those memories, if only one-one/hundreth as much as Sis or Mom or family.
I am just glad that Middling has been able to put her thoughts and feelings into words. I am sure that it will help her to come to terms with her miss. Much Love Sybil xx
you wanted Henry in a dream and felt comforted by it. Is it possible to ask your daughters for what kind of signal they would like to have from Henry that would be their very own? I don't know if you believe in that kind of thing, but I feel that karma would at least put things in place for them!
I'm a board certified family doctor. I love my job, but I'm not on the clock, or I wouldn't be playing around in the blogosphere. Please do not pursue any personal medical advice, this blog is here strictly for entertainment purposes. Kids tell it like they feel it.

That is so sweet, so pure, so sad, so honest.
A masterpiece memorial.
Out of the mouth of babes...I think missing Henry is something everyone is feeling these days.(Hugs)Indigo

She said it all in those brief pure words. Children are so wonderful. Still thinking about you and sending up little prayers for you.

Well said, Middling. She is saying what you are all feeling.
How beautiful. I love that kid's can say things from their hearts, things that adults are sometimes reluctant to say.
